RS 56:792 - Secretary excepted The secretary of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries may kill or have killed obnoxious animals on any such land or section or ensnare or have ensnared thereon any wild animal or bird for propagation, restocking, educational purposes, or scientific investigation.
