RS 56:86 - Commission powers to be no limitation on state powers Any powers granted in this Part to the commission shall be regarded as in aid of and supplemental to and in no case a limitation upon any of the powers vested in the commission by other laws of the state of Louisiana, by the laws of the states of Florida, Texas, Mississippi, or Alabama, by the Congress of the United States or by the terms of the compact.
