RS 6:1005 - Qualifications The commissioner shall evaluate the financial responsibility, financial condition, business experience, and the character and general fitness of the applicant. The commissioner may investigate and consider the qualifications of officers and directors of an applicant to determine whether this qualification has been met. Acts 1999, No. 1208, §1, eff.
