RS 6:1011 - Powers; limitations; prohibitions A licensee shall not accept money or currency for deposit or act as bailee or agent for any person to hold money or currency in escrow for others for any purpose. However, a licensee may act as agent for a person licensed under the Sale of Checks and Money Transmission Act, Chapter 13 of this Title. Acts 1999, No. 1208, §1, eff.
