RS 6:1036 - Applications Each application for a license to transmit money or sell checks shall be made under oath on a form supplied by the commissioner. The application shall state the full name and street address of: (1) The proprietor, if the applicant is an individual. (2) Every member, if the applicant is a partnership or association.
