RS 6:1084 - Prohibition No person, directly or indirectly, shall engage in a residential mortgage lending activity in this state without complying with the provisions of this Chapter or the rules or regulations promulgated pursuant to this Chapter. Acts 1999, No. 1098, §1, eff. July 9, 1999.
