RS 6:1134 - Applicability This Chapter shall apply to all financial institutions, no matter how named or chartered, if they comply with the provisions of this Chapter and with the rules of the commissioner promulgated pursuant to this Chapter. Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff. Sept. 1, 1990.
