RS 6:1184 - Quorum of annual or special meetings The articles of incorporation may specify a quorum requirement, but it shall not be less than one-third of the total number of votes entitled to be voted at such meeting. Any meeting, including one at which a quorum is not present, may be adjourned by majority vote of those present to a specified date without future notice. Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff. Sept. 1, 1990.
