RS 6:1304 - Report of examination Upon completion of each examination the commissioner shall make a report of examination to the board of directors of the savings bank or other entity examined. The report shall be read by each director who shall then execute a signed affidavit affirming that he or she has read the report. The affidavits shall be filed and retained by the savings bank or appropriate entity examined and shall be examined by the commissioner during regular examinations. Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff.
