RS 6:1321 - Conservatorships of savings banks The commissioner in his sole discretion may take custody of, and appoint a conservator for, the property, liabilities, books, records, business, and assets of every kind and character of any savings bank in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 6:381 et seq.
