RS 6:1335 - Institution-affiliated party As used in this Chapter, the term 'institution-affiliated party' means: (1) A director, officer, employee, agent, or controlling stockholder of a savings bank operating under this Chapter. (2) A person who has filed or is required to file a change-in-control notice with the commissioner. (3) A shareholder of, consultant to, joint venture partner of, or an independent contractor, including accountants, appraisers, and attorneys, for a savings bank. (4) Any other person who participates in a significant way in the affairs of a savings bank under this Chapter. Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff. Sept. 1, 1990.
