RS 6:1353 - Officers and directors Attorneys or licensed certified public accountants serving as officers or directors, or both, of federally insured financial institutions while acting in that capacity are held to the same standard of fiduciary responsibility and liability as other non-attorney or non-certified public accountant officers and directors of the institution.
