RS 6:386 - Objection to conservatorship Within ten days after the commencement of the conservatorship, any interested party may file an application with the receivership court for an order vacating such conservatorship. Unless a receiver has been confirmed, the court shall grant the order if it finds that the action of the conservator was unauthorized under this Part. Acts 1984, No. 719, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1985.
