RS 6:394.1 - Right of set-off Notwithstanding Civil Code Articles 1893, et seq. or any other provision of law to the contrary, any funds held on deposit with any state bank on behalf of a depositor may be used by the depositor as a set-off against any and all loans, extensions of credit, or other obligations or indebtedness of the depositor owed to the depository bank in the event such bank is liquidated.
