RS 6:417 - Unlawful solicitation or acceptance of gratuity or compensation by officer, director, or employee A. No officer, director, or employee of any bank shall solicit, accept, or agree to accept, directly or indirectly, from any person other than the bank any gratuity, compensation, or other personal benefit for any action taken by the bank or for endeavoring to procure any such action. B. Each officer, director, or employee who violates or consents to a violation of this Section shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars. Acts 1984, No. 719, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1985.
