RS 6:551.10 - Certificate of authority; transfer prohibited; display required A foreign bank may engage in the business authorized by the provisions of this Part for not more than one year after the date of the certificate of authority or until the certificate of authority is suspended or revoked. No such certificate of authority shall be transferable or assignable. Every such certificate of authority shall be, at all times, conspicuously displayed in the place of business specified in the certificate of authority. Acts 2004, No. 420, §1.
