RS 6:551.22 - Annual report and periodic reporting requirements A. Every foreign bank doing business in this state and subject to this Chapter shall, at such times and in such form as the commissioner shall prescribe, make written reports in the English language to the commissioner under the oath of one of its officers, managers, or agents transacting business in this state, showing the amount of its assets and liabilities and containing such other matters as the commissioner shall prescribe. If any foreign bank shall fail to make any such report, as directed by the commissioner, or if any such report shall contain any false statement knowingly made, the same shall be grounds for revocation of the certificate of authority of the foreign bank. B. Every foreign bank operating in this state and subject to this Chapter shall file with the Office of Financial Institutions all periodic reports it is required to file with any federal agency. C. The commissioner of the Office of Financial Institutions shall have the authority to require any foreign bank operating within Louisiana, which is subject to this Chapter, to provide to the Office of Financial Institutions annual audited financial
