RS 6:551.24 - Rules and regulations The commissioner may promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to provide for the regulation of bank agencies, branches, and representative offices and any other authorized offices of foreign banks operating in this state. Additionally, the commissioner may promulgate any necessary rules and regulations regarding fees and assessments to ensure that the costs of regulation of these entities are adequately recaptured.
