RS 6:577 - Trust companies chartered under prior law A. All provisions of this Chapter are applicable to all state-chartered trust companies domiciled in Louisiana, including existing trust companies. B. The charter of a state-chartered trust company issued before the effective date of this Chapter shall be presented to the commissioner prior to December 31, 2003, for substitution.
