RS 6:642 - Amendments of act of incorporation; commissioner's approval At a general meeting convened for that purpose, or at any annual meeting after notice mailed at least ten days previous to the date of the meeting and directed to the last known address of each member of record as of the date of issuance of notice, and after one notice properly displayed at the office of the credit union, the members may make modifications, additions or changes in the act of incorporation by a three-fourths vote of all of the members present at the meeting. All proposed amendments, however, must be approved in writing by the commissioner in advance of their submission to the members. Amended by Acts 1954, No. 530, §1.
