RS 6:832 - Immovables A. Until all indebtedness due an association and secured by a mortgage on real estate and home appliances and equipment has been paid, the home appliances and equipment shall be considered a part of the immovable property and as such, immovables. B. Any mobile home upon which an association has a mortgage and which is installed in such a manner as to make it an immovable, shall remain movable insofar as the mortgage upon it is concerned and shall not pass by the sale of the immovable property to which it has been attached, whether such sale be conventional or judicial. No sale or mortgage of the immovable property shall in any manner affect or impair the rank or privilege of the chattel mortgage or the remedies of the holder thereof for its enforcement.
