RS 6:866 - Commissioner may provide for members or stockholders to vote on plan Notwithstanding any other provision of Part XII of this Chapter, the commissioner may require that the plan be submitted to the voting members or stockholders of the acquiring association at a duly called meeting and that the plan, to be effective, be approved by them.
