RS 6:912 - Additional foreign association fees Any foreign association applying for a certificate from the commissioner shall pay such fee as he shall determine. Furthermore, the commissioner may assess an extra fee, including actual expenses, for all examinations which may be needed in respect to the examination of the home office of any such foreign association situated outside the state. His fee shall be payable in advance. Failure to pay on demand of the commissioner constitutes a cause for revocation of the certificate of authority of the foreign association.
