RS 6:932 - Act of controlling Insofar as the provisions of this Chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law affecting saving* associations, the provisions of this Chapter shall control. More particularly, the provisions of this Chapter, with respect to the organization, management, and operation, and those for the supervision, liquidation, and the administration of associations, are exclusive, and the other laws of the state, especially the laws providing for the receivership of corporations, do not apply to associations.
