RS 6:969.34 - Guidance by commission; advisory opinions Any action taken by an extender of credit pursuant to any rulings or interpretive opinions made by the commission or made by its officers or attorneys shall not be deemed to be a violation of this Chapter. Advisory opinions and interpretations of the commission or its employees and attorneys shall not be considered rules requiring compliance with the rulemaking process under the Administrative Procedure Act. The commission or its employees and attorneys shall have no liability to any person with respect to the issuance of a ruling or interpretive opinion made under this Section.
