RS 6:969.4 - Waiver, agreement to forego rights A consumer may not waive or agree to forego rights or benefits under this Chapter except that a claim, if disputed in good faith, may be settled by compromise, agreement, or arbitration. Acts 1999, No. 794, §1, eff. July 2, 1999.
