RS 6:969.41 - Fines imposed by the commission A. Any person who willfully violates any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine by the commission in an amount not to exceed five thousand dollars per violation. B. The commission may render judgment for costs, or any part thereof, against any party to proceedings held or scheduled to be held before the commission as it may consider equitable. These costs shall include but shall not be limited to court reporter fees, commission attorney fees, the mileage and per diem of the commission, and other applicable reasonable costs. C. Any person who is required to be licensed under this Chapter and who fails to timely obtain a license as herein provided may be ordered by the commission to pay a penalty of one hundred dollars in addition to the regular license fee herein provided.
