RS 6:972 - Retention of branches Any financial institution created by operation of this Chapter may retain and operate any existing branch or branches of the financial institution merged with or acquired under the provisions of R.S. 6:971. Such financial institution, however, shall be subject to the conditions upon which it may establish and operate branches within the state. Acts 1985, No. 107, §1.
