RS 8:312 - Employment of solicitors prohibited It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, directly or indirectly, to pay or cause to be paid or offer to pay to any other person, firm or corporation, except the employee of a cemetery authority or a duly licensed cemetery sales organization, any commission, bonus, rebate or other thing of value in consideration for recommending that a dead human being be disposed of in any crematory or interred in an interment space.
