RS 8:408 - Penalties Any person, cemetery sales organization, or cemetery management organization violating the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment of not less than thirty days nor more than one year, or both, and shall be subject to revocation of his or its license to operate.
