RS 8:508 - Penalties Any cemetery authority or other entity, as defined in this Chapter, failing to make the required deposits to the trust fund or otherwise violating the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred dollars or more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment of not less than thirty days nor more than one year, or both, and each violation of this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
