RS 8:67 - Rules and regulations The board may establish necessary rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of this Title and prescribe the form of statements and reports provided for in this Title, but such rules and regulations shall not be in conflict with or contrary to any of the provisions of this Title or of the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq. or applicable law.
