RS 8:79 - Actions for violation of this Title No action or claim based on or arising out of a violation of this Title or any rules or regulations of the board shall be brought unless a complaint is issued by the board in accordance with R.S. 8:66.1 or legal proceedings are filed in a court of competent jurisdiction and proper venue within the limitation provided in R.S. 37:21. The provisions of this Section are remedial and apply to all causes of action without regard to the date when the alleged act, omission, or neglect occurred. Acts 2023, No. 381, §1.
