RS 9:105 - Laws relating to matrimonial community and separate property not affected Nothing contained in R.S. 9:101, 9:102, and 9:103 is intended to modify or affect the laws relating to the matrimonial community of acquets and gains or the laws prescribing what is deemed the separate property of the spouses.
