RS 9:1424 - Affixing of seals on succession property; preservation On the application of an interested party, or on its own motion, the court may order the affixing of seals on succession property in the manner and to the extent directed by the court, and may take such other action as the court deems necessary for the preservation of the succession property in the interest of the succession, the heirs, and the creditors.
