RS 9:1615 - Application of sections R.S. 9:1611 through 9:1614 shall not be deemed to repeal the general provisions of the Civil Code nor the laws relating to the public administrator of the Parish of Orleans and shall be effective only where the claim of the state to property of vacant successions is in dispute.
