RS 9:165.2 - Designates first I-49 unclaimed property bond project; 'Alvin B. Kessler Memorial Highway' The first project on I-49 North constructed utilizing financing with unclaimed property bonds shall be named and designated as the 'Alvin B. Kessler Memorial Highway'.
