RS 9:1790 - Effect of resignation or removal of trustee Except as provided in R.S. 9:2069, a trustee who has resigned or who has been removed has no further authority with respect to the trust property. His resignation or removal does not affect his liability for his administration of the trust property. Acts 1995, No. 358, §1.
