RS 9:1896 - Closing of the class The trust instrument may state a date or a method for defining a date on which the class shall close. Unless the trust instrument provides otherwise, the class shall close when, because of the definition of the class, members may no longer be added to it. Amended by Acts 1978, No. 706, §1.
