RS 9:1899 - Distribution of income; forced heirs The trust instrument may provide when income shall be distributed, or it may provide that the trustee has discretion to determine the time or frequency of distribution or to accumulate some or all of the income, except as otherwise provided by this Code with respect to the legitime in trust.
