RS 9:2067 - Invasion of principal; action of court The proper court may direct or permit a trustee to pay income or principal from the trust property for the necessary support, maintenance, education, medical expenses, or welfare of a beneficiary before the time he is entitled to the enjoyment of that income or principal, if the interest of no other beneficiary of the trust is impaired thereby.
