RS 9:2069 - Winding-up duty and powers of trustee If the trust terminates or is revoked, or if the trustee resigns or is removed, he shall preserve the trust property and deliver it without delay to those persons who are entitled to it. Until he delivers the property, the trustee shall retain the powers that are necessary to preserve and deliver it to those persons who are entitled to it. Acts 1995, No. 358, §2.
