RS 9:2336 - Appeal No devolutive appeal may be taken from a judgment rendered pursuant to this Part. Any party interested may prosecute a suspensive appeal from such a judgment by filing a petition or motion therefor within thirty days, exclusive of Sundays, from the date of signing of said judgment and posting bond as may be fixed by the court.
