RS 9:2352 - Renouncing right to revoke When the donor may revoke a donation previously made to the spouse, either because the donation was made prior to 12 o'clock noon, July 29, 1942, or because the right of revocation was reserved in the act of donation, the donor may renounce this right to revoke, by notarial act, which shall be recorded wherever the act of donation is recorded.
