RS 9:2422 - Filing of will and proceedings thereon When a copy of the will and probate thereof, duly authenticated, shall be presented by the executor or by any other person interested in the will, with a petition for the probate, the same must be filed and proper proceedings had as required by law on a petition for the original probate of a domestic will.
