RS 9:2720.6 - Multiple embryo transfer attempts If there are multiple attempts at in utero embryo transfer, the gestational carrier contract and the Order Preceding Embryo Transfer shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with the parties' agreement until terminated under R.S. 9:2720.9 or 2720.11, or until a live birth occurs pursuant to the gestational carrier contract.
