RS 9:2776 - Acceptance of funds to procure legal representation; accounting Any person who accepts funds to procure representation for another and also owns an interest in the cause of action, upon the written request of any person who advanced funds shall provide that person with a complete accounting in writing within sixty days of receipt of such request.
