RS 9:2789 - Interest-bearing deposit accounts No person other than the owner of the monies deposited in any interest-bearing account funded with deposited monies belonging to third persons as identified in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 6:317 may receive the interest earnings, as provided under Civil Code Art. 510, on those monies.
