RS 9:2924 - Certificate annexed to act; evidence of payment; officer exonerated for nonpayment The certificates shall be annexed to the act, shall be conclusive evidence of the payment of all taxes or past due charges therein certified to have been paid, and shall exonerate the public officer from liability for nonpayment thereof.
