RS 9:2926 - Assumption by transferee of local improvement assessment charges maturing in future Nothing contained in R.S. 9:2921 pertaining to the local improvement assessments shall prevent the execution, passing, or acknowledgment of any act conveying real property if the act contains a specific assumption of the installment charges which are to mature in the future.
